- Cushman & Wakefield: As Associate General Counsel & Lead Counsel, Canada, Linda redefined compliance standards by leading the redevelopment of the FINTRAC Compliance Program. She also managed the company’s Capital Financing business across multiple provinces, ensuring compliance with Securities legislation as an Exempt Market Dealer. Additionally, she drove the integration of the Asset Services business, creating national templates and providing strategic advice on workforce realignment and operational challenges.
- SNC-Lavalin/Candu Energy: In her role as Director, Legal – Nuclear, Linda negotiated the company’s first Sino-Foreign Equity Joint Venture with China National Nuclear Corporation and Shanghai Electric Company. Her leadership extended to serving as Chief Project Counsel on monumental projects such as the $2.75 billion Darlington Retube & Feeder Replacement Contract and the $350 million Embalse Refurbishment & Life Extension Agreement.
